ABOUT COMPANY

Industrial materials supported by
a one-of-a-kind technology in Japan

In 1970, the Company established the manufacturing process for phosphorous master alloy using yellow phosphorous, a challenging substance to handle with a combustion flashpoint of 30°C.
Since then, Osaka Alloying Works is the only business in Japan that carries out the extremely difficult process of handling and alloying yellow phosphorous with other metals.

The company also manufactures cast copper alloys, titanium-additive bronze for niobium-tin (Nb3Sn) superconducting wires used in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) equipment, and sheet metal for cymbals.
The Company also went on to acquire a patent in 1984 for the Mizuta melt-solidification process of manufacturing copper alloys in uniform concentrations via rapid cooling with water showers.

Going forward, Osaka Alloying Works will continue to dedicate ourselves to expanding the potential of alloying technologies.
